Evelyn Ashford (b. 1957) is a former track and field athlete. She was the first person to run under 11 seconds in the Olympic Games, which she did for the first time in 1984, and more than 30 times after that.

She won four gold medals and one silver in three Olympic Games events, making her one of only six women to win four gold medals in track and field. She was ranked No. 1 worldwide by Track & Field News on three occasions.
